Our Jacksonville team recently partnered with St. Johns Riverkeeper to protect our local waterways and natural spaces. Together, we made a meaningful impact cleaning up one of our local parks, Cuba Hunter Park.
Cuba Hunter Park Cleanup
Our team helped restore a local park’s natural beauty and create a safer environment for both people and wildlife. Throughout the cleanup at Cuba Hunter Park, volunteers collected 14 bags of trash and large debris, removing litter that could have easily washed into nearby sewers and rivers.
A highlight of the day was spotting a few curious ducks, which served as a great reminder of the wildlife that benefits when we care for shared green spaces.
Community Service Impact on the St Johns River
While working, our team was reminded that litter and debris not only affect the appearance of our parks but also pose risks to local ecosystems. By taking the time to clean up, we helped preserve a space where families, visitors, and wildlife can thrive together.
We are proud to give back to the communities we serve and to support organizations that work every day to protect Florida’s natural beauty.
Our Commitment to Jacksonville
We are proud to give back to our communities and grateful to everyone who helped keep Jacksonville’s parks and waterways clean. Small actions, when done together, can make a lasting difference.
We are committed to protecting both people and wildlife through humane and environmentally responsible efforts, and we look forward to future opportunities to support organizations like St. Johns Riverkeeper in preserving the places we call home.
