Our Dallas team recently partnered with Texas Conservation Alliance and Friends of Oak Cliff Parks for a habitat restoration project. Together, we made a meaningful impact at our local park, Kiest Park in Oak Cliff.
Kiest Park
With 248 acres, Kiest Park is the largest park in Oak Cliff. Our team proudly helped transform the park’s landscape by planting more than 200 native plants, adding vibrant color, supporting local wildlife, and creating a healthier habitat for the community to enjoy.
Brad Woods, district manager, highlighted the impact of the project:
“We were grateful for the chance to support our local community, and even more so knowing that planting several hundred native grasses will contribute to a healthier habitat for local wildlife. We partnered with Texas Conservation Alliance, who set everything up for us and couldn’t have been more appreciative of our support.”
By planting native species and restoring the habitat, we helped create a cleaner, healthier outdoor space for residents and local wildlife alike. Projects like this strengthen community pride, encourage people to connect with nature, and support long-term environmental sustainability.
