I've had the pleasure of being serviced by Christopher Andre of Trutech wildlife. We had a small rodent problem in our attic and he assisted with the removal and sealing of all openings. Christopher is very knowledgeable of his work and very professional. He pays attention to details and customer care is important to him. I will definitely refer him and the company to others.

My home had some gaps that needed sealed. I had exclusion work done as a preventative to eliminate possible bat/rodent infestation. I was happy to have Christopher do the work on my home. He called to schedule the day that worked for me. Christopher was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He explained everything he would do to seal up openings. Afterwards we walked around the perimeter of the house and showed his work. I’d highly recommend requesting Christopher do your job. Very satisfied!

We used TruTech for rodent extermination because they are associated with the termite/pest control our community uses. They got rid of the rodents and made sure they cannot get back in. We use them monthly for monitoring now. The technicians are always friendly and report the activity they see

I found evidence of rodents in my attic. They inspected and found multiple areas where the rodents could enter. Shortly before I had called TruTech, I had another company come out and they said there was only one entrance, through the soffit. The Tru Tech technician, Kevin, showed me pictures of the multiple entrance locations he found. Kevin was personable, patiently answered all my questions, was clean and neat and was on time. I would recommend Kevin and Tru Tech for any pest control, wildlife issues that you have.

Christopher was very professional and definitely knowledgeable in regard to my having squirrels in the attic. all is well and he even repaired all entry points! highly recommend..

We had a noxious smell and had eliminated a gas leak and were concerned we might have a dead animal trapped in the attic or walls. We called our pest control company who recommended Trutech. Miliana, our service tech, came quickly and did an incredibly thorough inspection including going into our attic and concluded we did not have any dead animals, but the likely cause was most probably related to HVAC (sitting condensate water on one of our air exchange vents) or plumbing issue (possibly a clogged P-trap on washing machine). She explained her rationale in layman‘s terms so that even a person like me who is not mechanical would understand it. She also came on short notice even though she was halfway across the state at the time she got the call. I generally do not post reviews but feel when someone is exceptional I need to do so, and she clearly is. I give her and her company my highest recommendation.

TrueTech responded to my issue quickly and did a thorough, no-cost inspection to prepare a quote for services. The technicians arrived the next day to set traps and seal up my house from any possible entry to mice which we discovered signs of just last week. They will be back every quarter to make sure all is well. This is not something I could have figured out on my own, I really recommend a professional assessment from them. I am really confident that our issue is resolved and the house is pest proof. (Shout out to Christopher, the exclusion tech!)
