Our dogs would not stop messing with an A/C vent in our kitchen. James came out and identified the problem (rats in our crawl space and A/C vents!!) and sealed the gaps in the crawl space and other potential entry ways around our home. Money well spent for the comfort in knowing the house is sealed from future problems!! For any future issues, big or small we will be using them again.

TruTech was really quick in helping me. Their Charleston team was so easy to work with. Everyone I spoke with was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional which I really appreciated given that I was really flustered about having bats in the attic. Any time I have had concerns I have been able to call to get help and schedule service, but I haven't seen any signs of the animals again. I would highly recommend them if you have any wildlife issues.

They were professional and timely. They helped remove the bats from my attic. I looked up bat removers instead of pest control because I didn't want the bats to be killed. They taught me about how to prevent them and even found a couple issues with my attic and let me know about it, even though it had nothing to do with the job. They just wanted to let me know I had a couple issues they noticed. The price was wonderful and the work even more so 10/10 would use again.
